Pizza, Chinese Style

So ever since J and I have downloaded the Betty Crocker app for the iphone, I have been on a cooking spree. I have always loved to cook but this just makes it super easy. Adventure for today: Spicy Chinese Chicken Pizza

While it was not spicy, it did have a very Asian flare to it.



Notes for next time:

• Possibly less sauce
• Add some spiciness to it somehow. (Not ghetto hot sauce lol)
• Double the gingeroot. I wanted to taste more of it!

Overall a smashing success. Anybody who wants the recipe let me know.

Parents Aren't So Bad

J and I had a wonderful time with the Crockers yesterday. If you had told me ten years ago I would be enjoying a double date with them I would have laughed. They are an awesome couple and they are well suited for each other. The food was wonderful and the company was even better.

Thanks J for helping pull it off and being such an awesome husband. Time to arrange more dinner dates now?

Last Time to Move, I Promise

I changed email addresses (for the very last time) so I decided to change blogs again (for the very last time.)

Thanks to my darling husband for the name of my new blog.

If you ever want to know the reason behind the name, just ask. It's so very true.



















So I found a new iphone app thanks to J. It's called Words with Friends and it's kind of like scrabble. But it just seems more fun. I don't think of very big words but it's ok. It's fun just to play people I don't even know.

My mom and dad are coming over for a date night over our place tonight. I'm making good food and maybe we can even play a game afterwards. I love that I like spending time with my parents. I'll try to take some pictures. :)
